Lowen runs on discipline — literally. A runner, biker, gym goer, it’s hard to keep up with his pace until you realise that he’s not in it for the competition. Spending his spare time volunteering with the South West Academy of Sport to advance young athletes mentally and physically, Lowen is the definition of a team player. And on his team, momentum is shared and success means lifting the people around him. Win-win.
